The most popular combinations are one or two chocolate-based fillings (chocolate, mocha mousselines, bittersweet ganache) or espresso, or one chocolate-based filling or espresso, with hazelnut mousseline.

White Spice Cake: Combinations of dulce de leche (with apricot preserves), French vanilla mousseline, and bittersweet ganache.
